Dorothy Breckenridge

Dorothy D. Breckenridge, 86, a long-time resident of Independence, MO passed away Feb. 15, 2007 at Independence Regional Health Center. She will be remembered as a loyal volunteer at the Medical Center of Independence, and a dedicated member of Christ United Methodist Church and the Medical Center of Independence Auxilliary. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Breckenridge. She is survived by her sister, Mary Sexton of Blue Springs; daughter, Shari Blackann of Independence; son, Robert Bruce Breckenridge of Theodosia, MO; 5 grandchildren; & 4 great grandchildren. Dorothy will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 17th at 2 pm at Christ United Methodist Church, 14506 E. 39th St, Independence, MO.
