On Saturday, May 12, 2018 Dorothy E. Anthony, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister entered the gates of Heaven. Dorothy “Dot” will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 53 years, Billy E. Anthony and their precious children, Leslie, Billy Jr. Nichelle, Jason and Mia. “Dot” will be fondly remembered by her sisters; Linda Standifer, Ann Pack, Arletha Woods, Leatha Mae Pack and their brother Lonnie Thomas. Dorothy was predeceased by her Mother Geneva Brown and her brother Jerome Pleasant Jr. Dorothy will be survived by her grandchildren Danviel, Dontrell, Brandon, Leah, Wanda, Ariel, Bianca, Amber, Tevin, Xavier, Savion, “The Tooties “and a host of great grandchildren, family and friends.
A service will be held in Dorothy’s honor on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri 64133.

Dot, you were a wonderful sister-in-law to me and aunt to my children. I have never forgetten your support when I married your brother and had our children. You will be forever remembered. My deep condolences to your children, husand and grandchildren.
“Momma Dot” you will forever be remember by me for your up front, honest but loving opinions. I will always keep your advice close to my heart & thank you for being you!
