Dorothy G. Hedrick, 81, of Raytown, Missouri, passed away July 10, 2015, with her family by her side. Dorothy was born March 31, 1934 to William and Agnes Ray in Higginsville, Missouri.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 P.M., Saturday, August 22 at the Spring Valley Baptist Church, Raytown, Missouri.

    I love you! I am so glad I got to know Aunt Dorothy a little, I just didn’t have enough time with her. I am so happy to have a few memories of some wonderful times! She was unconditional love!

    I love you in so many ways, as a sister, best friend, and mentor. It was a blessing when my brother found you and brought in to our lives. You will be missed, but just as in life you are at my brothers’ side. Until I see you both again, I love you so much, and not a day goes by that I don’t have such wonderful memories of you.
