Douglas is survived by his wife, Annette and children, Ben, Martin, Douglas Jr., Angela, Constance, and Christopher and their families. Burial at Ft. Leavenworth National Cemetery on Monday, July 17, at 1:30 p.m. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice Care of KS.
