Edgar Libby, 54, of Kansas City, MO passed away January 9, 2012 at the Kansas City VA. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday January 12, at Tower View Baptist Church, 7301 NE 50th St., KCMO 64119. He is preceded in death by his mother Ora Stidham, and grandmother Ruby Sprifke. Survivors include his wife Carolyn, sister Sandra Viles, brothers; Richard Ritchie, Charles Libby and Patrick Wilcox, step-children; Bill Welch, Michele Welch, Mary Jane Griffitt, Charlene Gilbert, LeeWanda Igou, 11 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
