Edward Patrick Kelley, 94, of Shawnee, Kansas passed away at his home on March 31, 2024

Funeral Services for Edward will take place on Saturday April 6, 2024, at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society. 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd. Raytown, MO 64133. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Edward’s Funeral Service will follow starting at 3:00 PM. Edward was born in Manhattan, New York on August 15, 1929, to Victoria Mae Brown and Edward Patrick Kelley (Sr.). He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1946-1951. On April 24, 1954, Edward married Vivian Coe. He retired twice during his life. The first retirement was from Yellow Freight. The second time he retired was from DS Bus Lines.

Edward was proceeded in death by his parents, his twin sister Patricia June Kelley, his wife Vivian Kelley (Coe), his children Maureen Griffin and Timothy Kelley and his granddaughter Heather Wood.

He is survived by his daughter Monica Kelley, daughter in law Barbara Kelley, grandchildren Melissia Stanway, Megan Varilla, Aaron Kraft, Austin Griffin, Amanda Kelley and Reanae Kelley and many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
