Elizabeth A. Cook, Independence, Missouri passed away with her family by her side February 20, 2017.  A visitation will be held 11:00AM – 12:00PM, Friday, February 24, 2017 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Independence, Missouri.  A mass will follow at 12:00 PM.  Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Independence, Missouri.

She was born in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan in 1935.  Elizabeth was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by; mother and father, Julia McAfee and Bernard Camerlinck; sister, Rose Killion; brother, Joseph Camerlinck; husband, Floyd Cook and step-son, Eddie Cook.  Survivors include;  step-father, Richard McAfee; brothers, Bernard & Robert Camerlinck; sons, Michael & Dennis Williams, Richard & Bernie Lindsey; daughters, Julie Forbis and Annette Lindsey. She was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
