Elmer “Jack” Moore, Jr., 39, of Belton, Missouri passed away August 30, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 12:30PM, Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 11:30-12:30, September 8, 2018 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society. Mr. Moore was born on June 13, 1979 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Jack loved all outdoor activities including bonfires, camping, grilling, riding his motorcycle, and fishing with his dad. He loved spending time with his family and was the life of the party, always joking around. He was a father figure to many and enjoyed spending time with his many nieces and nephews. Jack loved the the Chiefs and Royals.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers Glenna Denham and Viola Moore and aunt Carolyn Hopkins.
Survivors include his parents Elmer and Marilyn Moore, four sisters; Cheri Kimmi, Melissa Cooper, Ann (Gregory) Hernandez and Connie (Vince) Sills.

What a Beautiful tribute! Jack was the light of the room! His infectious smile will always live on! I’m going to miss my birthday buddy but will continue to think of him & celebrate him still! We feel very fortunate to have had Jack in our lives.He was definately one of a kind.Our hearts hurt for his family whom he loved so much.We will never be forgotten.We miss him dearly
Im really sorry for your loss i went to junior high with jack and some high school we had a couple of classes together and we were both class clowns and when we got together we would keep each other in stiches. I would bump into him from time to time just to find out that nothing changed he was a real good dude the world needs more like him. Im really truely sorry for your loss well loss to everyone.
It’s so sad to hear about your passing, we pretty much grew up together living across the street from each other my mom considered you a son and loved when you came over to visit. We miss you and your goofiness. R.I.P friend love you always.

Today, yesterday, tomorrow, everyday. I miss you my best fran. Life has changed so much since you’ve been gone. We feel your presence all the time. In our dreams, in spirit and definitely on the radio! Thank you for the years we had together on this earth. You didn’t have to share them with us, but you did and I’ll forever be grateful for that!
