Eugene Willis, 64, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away July 23, 2017 at the Veterans Administration Hospital of Kansas City. A private service for the family and close friends will be held at a later date. Mr. Willis was born August 29, 1952 in Tennessee.

This world was lucky to have had him for the short time it did. If you were lucky enough to have known him then you loved him and if he loved you he probably helped you fix something. Soon Eugene will be headed back to the sea where he always wanted to be.

Survivors include his mother and many family and friends.
