Eve Killeen, 98, Overland Park, KS, passed away August 1, 2009 at the Kansas City Hospice House. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 AM on Thursday August 6, 2009 at Church of the Ascension 9510 W. 127th Street, Overland Park, KS 66213. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 9 AM. Mrs. Killeen was born July 5, 1911 in Portland, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas James Killeen, and son, Michael Dennis Killeen. Survivors include, daughter in law, Bette Killeen, grandchildren, Brian and Sylvia Killeen, Cassandra and Brant Myers, Kevin and Barbara Killeen, Joseph and Jessica Killeen, Erin and Christopher Tuttle, great grandchildren, Brittney, Madison, Collin, Katlyn, Anabel, Elizabeth, and Molly. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to TSCPL Talking Books, 1515 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604 1374.
