Fred Markham, 76, Kansas City, MO died on April 29, 2017. A native of Elyria, Ohio, for many years he operated Fred Markham & Associates Landscape Architects in downtown Kansas City. He later worked for about 12 years as a landscape architect for the Kansas Department of Transportation. He leaves his wife, Jo Ann, and two sons’ David and Eric Markham. No services are planned.
