That is a beautiful picture of your Dad, of course when I saw that it made me cry. Your dad and I have been together for 9 years. He was my best friend. He was really good to me and took me to a lot of places that I have never been to and probably will never again. We both loved to go fishing on his boat. We had a lot of good times and some bad ones. I helped him through a lot of his surgeries he had. My dog also misses him. When I walk her she wants to go down to his house. I would love to be there for the services. If at all possible I will be. Thank you for sending that to me.

I am one of Gary and Denny’s cousins. My Mom, Genevieve Blume Benton, was the only sister of Mary McKinney. When we were young, my family took yearly trips to Jeff City to see all the relatives. Being with the “McKinney boys” was always a special time for us and I have wonderful memories of those days. Gary always made it a point to seek us out and spend time talking to us. God love that man! I know what a loss this must be for all of you, and you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
