Gerald Lee Barstad, 70, of Jefferson City, died Sunday, April 25, 2010.  A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2010 at the Spring Valley Baptist Church in Henley, MO located at the corner of Rt. H & Rt. BB.  Gerald was born June 13, 1939 in Berkeley, CA to Omar and Camille (Folck) Barstad.  He is survived by his father, Omar of California; his son Richard from Jefferson City; two daughters Dena and Tina from CA; grandchildren Alyssa and Kristina from CA as well as Amber, Nathan, Jamie, Erica and Sarah from Jefferson City.  He is preceded in death by his mother and one son, Eric.
