Gerald “Butch” E. Lawrence, 56, Kansas City, Mo., passed away March 6, 2011. A visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, March 10, at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, Mo. Military graveside services will be held 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 10, at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kan. Butch was born May 8, 1954, in Warsaw, Mo. He is an Army Vietnam Veteran. Butch is a member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church. Preceded in death by mother, Mattie; sister, Rose Carr; brothers, Virgil, Gary, and Clinton Ray Lawrence; son, Steven Lawrence. Survivors include wife of 24 years, Tina Lawrence; sons, Thomas Fullbright and James Lawrence; daughter, Rachelle Lawrence; brothers, John, Harold, Bill, Melvin, Jim and Kenneth Lawrence.
