Gerald Wayne Berry, 61, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri.
Funeral Service will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday, December 13th, 2022 at Trinity Temple. Burial will follow at Brooking Cemetery at Brooking Cemetery . Visitation will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022 10:00 AM at Trinity Temple.

If tears could build a stairway,
and memories a lane
We would walk right up to Heaven
and bring you back again.
No farewell words were spoken,
No time to say “Goodbye”
You were gone before we knew it,
and only God knows why.
My heart still aches with sadness,
and secret tears still flow.
What it meant to lose you
No one will ever know.
But now we know you want us
to mourn for you no more
To remember all the happy times
Life still has much in store.
