Harland Williams

Harland Williams, 71, of Independence, MO passed away February 22, 2006. Harland was a lifelong resident of the Kansas City area, sharing time in Kansas City and Odessa. While he was in Odessa, he owned Papa’s Pizza. Harland was also a truck driver and a warehouse manager, spending the majority of his career with Darling Transfer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Minnie; a son, Kirk; and a brother, Bruce. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Geraldine (Weaver) of the home; a son, Lloyd Williams of Independence, MO; a daughter, Vickie Trigg (Ralph) of Odessa, MO; a brother, Wendell (Mary) of Higginsville, MO; and his beloved shepherd, Rowdy. Cremation with no services are planned.
