HARRY J. HAVENS
Dad lost his battle with cancer on July 5, 2010. Born on July 6, 1927 he spent most of his life in Arkansas before moving to the Kansas City area. After retirement his days were spent with family and friends pitching horseshoes, enjoying homemade ice-cream, and cheering on his Cardinals. He is preceded in death by his mother Kate, sisters Vivian and Wilma, brothers Paul, Raymond, Leamon, Jeff, and Clifford. Harry is survived by a son Ronald Havens, daughters Cheryl Camp and Becky Gadino, a brother Charles Havens, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, along with many other family and friends that will miss his smile,humor and generosity. Private ceremony will be held at the Maplewoods cemetery in Harrison Arkansas. The family will like to thank the staff at the Kansas City Hospice House for their care and love during dads stay.
