Heather Dawn Cox, 36, of Belton, Missouri, danced her way to the heavenly party on November 2, 2023. Born on June 28, 1987, in Kansas City, MO, she brought sunshine and laughter wherever she went.

Heather, lovingly known as the “Life of the Cox-tail Party,” was a true social butterfly. With her infectious humor and outgoing nature, she effortlessly made friends and left an indelible mark on everyone she crossed paths with.

In addition to her charming personality, Heather was a devoted wife to Kenny Cox and a doting mother to her fabulous brood of five children: Faith, Beyla, Scarlett, Ruby, and Kolton. Together, they formed a lively bunch that always kept the energy levels high.

Heather’s zest for life was matched only by her love for her dear family. She is survived by her brother, Dillon DeBoer (Olivia), her grandmother, Ruby DeBoer, her aunt, Sarah Echols (Chad), and uncle, Douglas DeBoer (Kathy). She was preceded in her journey by her beloved mother, Paige DeBoer, and her grandfather, John DeBoer.

Heather’s magnetic presence and witty charm will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. As we bid her farewell, let’s remember to keep the party going and honor her memory with laughter and joy.
