Helen Miller, 90, Shawnee, KS, passed away March 30, 2013 at the Kansas City Hospice House of natural causes. Mrs. Miller was born October 21, 1922 in Durant, Oklahoma. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Ed Miller, parents Ruth and Henry Wright and a sister Inez Parker. She is survived by son Ron Ownby (Connie) Gypsum, CO, daughter Sally Drysdale (Tom) Shawnee, KS, grandchildren; Amy O’Donnell, Jason Hodgdon and Nick Hodgdon. No services are planned at this time. The family requests that memorial contributions be made, in Helen’s name, to the Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64145.
