Irene M. Brooks, 72, of Kansas City, MO passed away December 31, 2022 at home peacefully. Celebration of life will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, January 27, 2023 at First Assembly Raytown Church, Raytown, MO.

Irene was born May 1, 1950 in Marberg, Germany. She was a stay at home mom, housewife and wallpaper hanger.

She was preceded in death by: son, Michael Brooks; father, George Greig; and mother, Margot.

Survivors include: husband of 52 years, Joe Brooks; son, Randy (Lacey); granddaughter, Brooklyne; grandson, Maverick; great-grandson, Kingston; brother, Glen (Laurel) Greig and family; brother, Alan (Gina) Greig; as well as many more family and friends.
