Irene Shumate, 74, of Columbia died Monday, April 30, 2018 at her home.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday May 4, 2018 at Heartland, 616 Jackson St., Columbia, MO 65203.
Irene is survived by her children; daughters Tammy Peterson and Sharon Noe and sons Curtis Shumate and Steven Peterson as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved very much.
She is preceded in death by her husband Kenny Shumate and a son, Jimmie Peterson.
My deepest sympathy Tammy, it is never easy losing your Mom. She will always walk with you. We have some great memories with all our family get togethers.
