Irvin Dale House

Irvin Dale House, age 68, born Aug 27, 1951. Passed away Sunday March 8th at Parkway Health and Rehabilitation Center at 9:14 PM after a battle with liver cancer.

Irvin is survived by his mother Margie House of Kansas City Mo. His son, Irvin Dale House Jr of Kansas City Mo, His sister Carol McGowan of Bakersfield, California, two brothers Larry House of Raytown, Mo. and Keith House of Raymore, MO. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, 18 nieces and nephews, 27 great nieces and nephews and 10 great-great nieces and nephews.

Irvin is preceded in death by his father Clarence House and three brothers Jerry House, Ronnie House and Lee House all of Kansas City, Mo.

Irvin served a year with distinction as a soldier in the Vietnam War. He was a brave and loyal soldier and was very proud of his 3 year total service to the United States Army. He grew up in Kansas City, Mo. and attended Northeast High School. He was one of seven children born to Clarence and Margie House. He enjoyed sharing his stories about the army, fishing, playing his guitar and spending time with his family. Irvin was a good dancer and in his younger years, he loved to dress up and attend dances with his friends.

He will be forever loved and cherished by his family.

Services will be held at Heartland Cremation and Burial in Raytown Mo. Visitation at 10:00 AM, Funeral at 11:00 AM, and at 1:30 PM he will be entered in a plot in the Leavenworth National Cemetery in Leavenworth, Kansas.

    So sorry for your loss, I lived in the East Bottoms until 1965. House was very well known.

While people may come and go, you will be in my heart for a lifetime. I miss talking on the phone to you every day. I remember you telling me to be good so you can see me in heaven. See you up there!
