Jack David Unterreiner, 70, of Independence, Mo passed away June 26, 2018. A private burial will be held at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Mo.

Jack served in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge. He served during the Vietnam War era.

He was preceded in death by his parents Teresa Kite and Arthur Unterreiner.

Survivors include friends Greg and Rita Fisher and two daughters.

    I worked with Jack at Hanna Rubber Company. He previously worked for Anchor Packing and before at Manhattan Shirt Co in New York. He was very interesting to talk to, so many stories. He once presented me with a book of my sayings titled Al’s book of Phrases. RIP
