Jack Leon “Butch” Belcher, 64, Independence, Mo., passed away Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at the VA Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. Cremation will take place. A Celebration of “Butch’s” Life will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Hooter’s, 19850 E. Valley View Parkway, Independence. Please come and help celebrate Butch’s life.
