Jaclyn Louise Allen

Jaclyn Louise Allen, age 48, of Pleasant Hill Missouri , passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026. Born on August 4, 1977 in Independence, Missouri.

Jaclyn will be remembered for her joyful spirit, her deep faith, and the love she shared so freely with those around her. She had a lifelong passion for basketball, her favorite sport, and found great happiness both playing the game and embracing the camaraderie it brought. She also cherished time spent playing cards with friends, where laughter and connection were always at the center.

As a child, she loved showing horses, a reflection of her dedication, patience, and love for animals. Above all, Jaclyn was a devoted believer in Christ, and her faith was the foundation of her life. She loved Him deeply and lived her life guided by that devotion.

More than anything, she treasured time with her family. Whether in quiet moments or joyful gatherings, she found her greatest happiness in being surrounded by those she loved.

Jaclyn Louise was preceded in death by Father: David Kinloch Gray Brothers: Christopher Garfield Gray, Jack Allen Gray. She is survived by Husband: Roger Allen, Children: Nathan Allen, Madalyn (Clayton) Bicknell, Caitlyn (Dakota) Crain, and Brooklyn Allen, Mother: Jo Ann Gray, Siblings: David Gray, Gene Gray, Jodi Bean, and Charles Gray.

Memorial will be held on May 16, 2026at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 451 SW 150 HWY Lee’s Summit 451 SW 150 HWY Lee’s Summit Missouri 64082 beginning at 05:00 pm.  Memorial contributions may be made to Flowers may be sent directly to the church the day of the memorial service.
