Thoughts and Prayers to the family! Jackie you will be Missed by so many, I Loved you like a sister… May you Rest In Peace
So true about Jackie never knowing a stranger. She zoned right in, put people at ease, and made them smile. My daughter said, “She always made me feel good about myself. That’s a pretty special quality.” Jackie was an inimitable individual and the best friend anyone could be blessed to have. A piece of my heart is missing, and words can’t express the loss those people who loved her feel. The world is a better place because she was here.
Jackie always shared a compliment and a smile. The world needs more of that.
Jackie was the very first person I met when I moved to Richland the summer before my sophomore year in high school. She had an unmistakable voice and the most brilliant smile and welcome that I have ever experienced and will never forget. We spent some quality “catch up” time together last year as I had been away for 40+ years. I’m so thankful we had that time. You will be missed Jackie by all you touched.
I love you, Aunt Jackie and I am so thankful for the times we had together. You have always had such a kind, understanding, and empathetic nature which is a virtue. My fondest memories were when you called me while I was in the hospital and Lexi’s 5th Birthday Party. You genuinely took an interest in my life and cared about my well being as well as my children’s and the rest of the family. You were a great mother and grandmother and I know you will continue to watch over your family as they grow. May they find peace in knowing that you are now free from any sickness and are now reunited with those who you have loved and lost in your life.
I grew up in Richland but I was older than Jackie so didn’t know her until she came to work at Social Security. What a smile and great hair! It was a treat growing up to go to her grandparents store and get Cho-chos. I’m sure her family has many great memories too. Hang on to those!
