James Allen Singleton, 84, of Lake Tapawingo, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Seasons Rehab and Healthcare Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Cornerstone Church, Blue Springs, MO.
James was born July 2, 1939 in Leadville, Colorado, a son of Doyen and Mary Williams Singleton. He married Dee Singleton on June 16, 1961. James worked for Chanel 9 with the engineering department.
He was proceed in death by: father, Doyen Singleton, mother and step-father, Mary and Leonard Kober; and brother, Robert Kober.
Survivors include: wife of 62 years, Dee; two sons, Christopher (Sue) Singleton and Derrick (Cara) Singleton; 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and brother, Vernon Kober of Manhattan, KS.
