James C. Wiley, Jr. , 77, of Blue Springs, MO passed away January 11, 2016 at Seasons Care Center in Kansas City, MO. Jim was born March 4, 1938 in Higginsville, MO to James Clarence and Virginia Lee Wiley. A memorial service will be held on January 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Eastside Baptist Church, 19901 MO-78, Independence, MO. Military burial will be at a later date at Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Higginsville. Jim will be greatly missed by his loving family and host of friends.
