1946-2006
James T. Howard passed peacefully after a valiant battle with cancer. He was a loving husband and father to seven children and eight grandchildren. Although he was booted out of every bar in Westport, he always went back. Jim will be toasted at Kelly’s Westport Inn, on his birthday, Wednesday July 12th, at 4:30 p.m. No Flowers.
