James Peak, 71, of Holden, Missouri, passed away May 17, 2022, at Centerpoint Hospital in Independence, Missouri.
He is survived by daughter, Heather McAdams, and son, Corey Peak and four grandchildren; sisters, Carol Slocum, Elizabeth Barton, Margaret Bagwell, and Brenda Peak, and brother, Joseph Peak.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Peak, grandson James Michael Peak, and mother Martha Peak.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, Raytown, Missouri.

You were the best big brother anyone could ask for. My best friend. Still hard to believe you’re gone. I miss seeing and talking to you.
