Janet Denise Rhodes, 58, of Kansas City, Missouri went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Rose of Sharon Pentecostal Church, Kansas City, Missouri. Visitation will be held at 10:00am, January 5, 2019 also at Rose of Sharon Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Rhodes was born on March 5, 1960 in Butler, Missouri.
Janet was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and soon to be great grandmother. She dedicated her life to being a strong believer in Jesus Christ and always shared Christ in her actions. She loved to fish, hunt, and just be with her family. “I’ll like you forever, I’ll love you for always.”
She was preceded in death by her father and mother Richard and Velma Lou Busick, brothers; Jack, Roger and Don, and her daughters Sherry and Christina.
Survivors include her husband Mark Rhodes, sons Richard (Carlene) Rhodes and Philip (Erika) Rhodes, grandchildren; Tina, Destinee, Braydin, Jasmine, Sophia, Dalton, Emily, Dayton, Harman, and Brooklynn, great grandson to be Grayson, and her sisters Karen Rena and Betty.
