Jayne Brown Pfeiffer

Jayne Brown Pfeiffer (nee Ireland), died on March 23, 2024, in Jefferson City, MO, at the age of 77. She was born on December 11, 1946, in St. Louis, MO. Jayne was preceded in death by her parents, Agnes Nadine Ireland and Charles Ferris Ireland, as well as her husband, Frederick Pfeiffer. She is survived by her son, Joseph (Kelley) Pfeiffer and three granddaughters: Delaney, Avery, and Sydney. Jayne will buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO, as Rick was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Her younger years were spent competing in her two loves: equestrian events and figure skating. She attended Visitation Academy and Webster High School, graduating from Webster High School in 1964. She graduated from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University) in 1968. Later in life, her passions were spending time with her friends, her church family, and her granddaughters. Jayne was a devout follower of Jesus Christ, which was evident to all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Morning Star Church, 1600 Feise Rd., Dardenne Prairie, MO, 63368. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Morning Star Church and/or Salem Baptist Church, 57328 Hwy. N, California, MO 65018.
