Jeffrey Lee Figley

Jeffrey Lee Figley  54 (Jeff) of rural Moberly Missouri, passed away May 5th peacefully and with family by his side.

Jeff was born in Kansas city, Missouri to parents Herman Ray Figley and Flora Elaine (Ess) Everhart. Jeff was preceded in death by his infant brother Gary Figley, His dad Ray Figley, and his paternal grandparents Harold & Evelyn Figley of Red Oak, Iowa, his maternal grandparents Fred & Rosalie Ess of rural Moberly.

Jeff is survived by his mom Flora Elaine (Ess) Everhart of rural Moberly, Missouri, His brother Trent and wife Michelle Figley of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, his brother Eric Figley and girlfriend Jennifer Cornett of Independence, Missouri, his daughters Elizabeth (Bethy), Alyssa, and Madison (Maddie)  and his 2 Granddaughters Kaitlynn Mae-Anne Myers, and Raelynn Quinn Myers, and former wife and mother Heather L Figley of his daughters all of Moberly Missouri.  Aunt and Uncle Jack and Connie Figley of Ankeny Iowa. 2 Cousins Todd and Ginger of Ankeny Iowa. Many  more family, friends, and Coworkers.

After schooling he worked at Hollywood Cross restaurant in Greenwood Mo.  He also worked at John Knox Village landscaping,  He  then went on to work for a while at Metro Ford in Independence.  From there he went into Concrete work for Lithko Contracting Inc, and finally Beacon Contracting LLC where he enjoyed the coworkers and also working with his brother Eric.

Jeff enjoyed watching Nascar and his favorite driver Jimmy Johnson #48.  He loved spending time with his girls whether camping or fishing.  He likes spending time with family. He,  like his brothers and Dad, loved boating all his life.

The family has planned a Celebration of Life ceremony at a later date.

Jeff was also able to be an Organ donor to help others with life also.
