Jerry Acton

Jerry Edward Acton, 57, of Columbia passed away July 19, 2009. Private family services will be held. Jerry was born on March 15, 1952 in Boone County, Missouri to Wood and Josephine Acton. He will be dearly missed by all of his friends and family members. The family request donations to be sent to Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 1114 Wilkes Blvd., Columbia, MO 65201.

    Darlene was waiting on him to get out of jail, she passed away before he could. I’m sure she’s waiting for him still, this time it will be right.

    We used drive Darlene nuts with our goofing around and pestering. That woman loved you with all her heart! I will never forget the memories. The mushroom hunting, feeding the rabbits, the “exactly disease” joke. But now you will be in no more pain.
