Jo A. Oswalt, 57, Independence, MO passed away April 22, 2010 at Golden Living Center in Independence. She was born October 20, 1952 in Erie, PA. Jo worked for the VA Medical Center. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Cremation will take place. Services have not been planned at this time.
