JoAnn Lois (Diebold) Kraut, 71, of Gladstone, Missouri, went to be with her Lord on January 26, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Federick Kraut. She was a loving and caring mother to Kim Elaine Kraut, John Frederick Kraut and Karla June Kraut, proud grandmother to Kristin (Kraut) Stead, and beaming great-grandmother to to Jacqueline Stead. She was also the beloved sister to Delores (Diebold) Stone, Ruth (Diebold) Peetz and Norman Diebold. She was loved and admired as a mentor, teacher, singer, coach and director for Sweet Adelines around the world. Family and friends will gather for a Celebration of Life at Diebold Hall, 7501 North Kensington Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri, 64119, from 3pm to 7pm on February 9, 2013. The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made the Sweet Adelines Overtone Society.
