John Covey

John R. Covey, 74, of Independence, MO passed away October 17, 2019 at Shanrgi-La Rehab & Living Center from Alzheimer.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date at Blue Ridge Baptist Church, Independence, MO.

Mr. Covey was born March 28, 1945 in Kansas City, MO. He was a master carpenter for thirty-five years.

He was preceded in death by: parents, John and Rosalee Covey; brother, Robert Covey; and sister, Chrys Hart.

Survivors include: wife, Donna; daughter, Beth Harvey; sons, Bryan and Shawn Caton; and nine grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to: Alzheimer Association.
