John Greenlee, 68, of Independence, MO passed away July 26, 2023. There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
John was born June 18 1955 in Kansas City, MO. He was a post office legend with 36 years of service. John had a wild, fun loving sense of humor. He was a true beacon of joy in our lives. John will be missed and was a cherished father and grandfather “papa”.
He was preceded in death by: father, Robert Greenlee; brother, Joe Greenlee; mother, Betty Jo Greenlee; and wife, Michaela Greenlee.
Survivors include: brother, Clay Greenlee; sister, Jan Fleming; daughters, Rene Julian, Angela Chamness and Jamie Greenlee; 8 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
