John R. McConnell, 82, Kansas City, MO, passed away November 27, 2004. Memorial service 10:30 a.m. Thursday, December 2 at St. Thomas More Parish, 11822 Holmes, Kansas City, MO. Visitation 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown. John retired from Blue Cross and Blue Shield after 37 years of service. John was preceded in death by his wife Norma B. McConnell. He is survived by sons Kevin, Tim, Chris, Brian, Kelly; daughter Dr. Mary Stradford; and six grandchildren.
