Joseph F. Barker, 85, Independence, MO passed away March 4, 2012 at Independence Manor in Independence. Joseph was born June 16, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and was an electrical engineer. Joseph also served in the United States Army from 1943 to 1946. He will be greatly missed by his loving family members and friends. Military burial will take place March 7, 2012 at 11:00 am at Missouri State Veteran’s Cemetery ind Higginsville, MO.
