Judy Kivett, 64, Independence, MO passed away peacefully at home following a long battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 18, 2003 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Luke’s Hospice. Judy was born September 27, 1939 in Rosedale, KS. She was a manager for Weaver Donuts for over 10 years. Judy is preceded in death by her mother, Helen Shearer; father, Perry Davidson; Mama & Daddy, Desi and Troy Emerson; son, Curtis Underwood, Sr.; son in law, Andre Grant, Sr.; grandson, Smokey Robert Underwood; sisters, Mary Helen Pitcher and Barbara Ann Royal; brothers, Frank Holt and Royal Lyon. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Robert David Kivett, Sr.; children, Jack Underwood, Dale Underwood, James Kivett, Kelly Kivett, Tracy Grant, Robert Kivett; daughters in law, Brenda Underwood and Holly Kivett; grandchildren, Misty Weinzirl (husband Paul), Jacqueline Knowels (husband Todd), Dale Underwood, Jr., Jeremy Underwood (wife Katie), Kyle Underwood, Curtis Underwood, Jr., Megan Grant, Chelsea Underwood, Brenda Grant, Andre Grant, Jr., Valerie Kivett; great-grandchildren, Brenton Atwood, Jayce Underwood; and many nieces and nephews.
