Judy Lostutter Hargraves, 81, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away August 5, 2023, at Olathe Hospice House.
Mrs. Hargraves was born February 6, 1942, in Emporia, Kansas. In her twenties, she was a member of Sweet Adelines. Singing was one of her many passions. Judy was also world traveler by land and by sea, visiting many many countries. Judy was an avid crafter. She was known for her crocheted dolls and characters that she donated to Children’s Mercy Hospital and local Police Stations. Additionally, she spent time playing bridge with her friends. Judy also enjoyed working for retirement facilities as an activity director.
Judy was preceded in death by Clydean Lostutter (her mother), Robert Kemper Lostutter (her father) and Allen Lostutter (her brother).
Survivors of Judy include Kim Hargraves Toomay (her daughter), Chris Hargraves and Sean Hargraves (her sons).
I have missed Judy a lot since she has passed away. We were good friends, especially in the later years. I just learned about this site recently.
