Karen Lynn Williams

Karen Lynn Williams, 57, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on September 6, 1968, in Kansas City, Missouri, Karen was the daughter of Robert W. Hill and Donamae E. Rebman. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Missouri Western and went on to receive her Master’s degree in Healthcare Services Management from Webster University. Karen built a successful and meaningful career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing before finding her true calling as a Community Relations Specialist with ArchWell Health, a role she deeply loved and where she made a lasting impact on those she served.

Karen was known for her vibrant personality, contagious laughter, and the genuine warmth she brought into every room. She was an incredible mother whose presence radiated love and light. Her children remember her as their constant source of strength—always showing up, whether it was cheering loudly from the stands at baseball games, offering unwavering encouragement, or simply being there when she was needed most. She had a unique gift for making everyone feel seen, supported, and deeply loved.

Karen’s love for people was the center of her life. She lifted others up with kindness, listened without judgment, and gave freely of herself. Her children will forever cherish memories of dancing in the kitchen, her unforgettable smile, and the joy she brought into everyday moments. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and unconditional love that will continue to live on in all who knew her.

She is survived by her fiancé, Joey Roncelli; her children, Jenna Williams, Lane Williams, and Bryce Williams; her sister, Carla Northington, and nephews Grant and Ross Northington; her brother, Brian Hill, and niece Lauren Hill; along with many extended family members and dear friends who loved her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert W. Hill; her stepfather, Russell M. Rebman; and her nephew, Bradley Northington.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Summit Grill, 4835 NE Lakewood Way, Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Karen’s memory to the American Cancer Society or Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Road, Kansas City, Missouri.
