Kathy Rea Atkins, 65, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away September 16, 2019, from Lung Cancer. A celebration of life will be held from 5:00pm – 7:00pm Friday, September 20, 2019 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd Raytown, MO 64133.

Ms. Atkins was born on April 20, 1954 in Memphis, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by: grandmother, Rea B Runkin; mother, Betty Rea Bickel; father, William L. Bickel. Survivors include: brother, John Bickel; sister-in-law, Gelinda Bickel; niece, Jessica Pegram; daughter, Jennifer Rea LoMonaco; and three grandsons, Zebedee Armstead, Roman Flowers and Julian LoMonaco.
