Kenneth L Griffin

Kenneth L Griffin went to be with his beloved Bobbie, his wife of 20 years, on April 1st, 2025. He was surrounded by the love of his family. Kenny is greatly missed by the many lives he touched. Although he never had any children of his own, Bobbie’s children, Scott, Tammy, and Terry, always called him dad and couldn’t have loved him more. He has 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren who were blessed to call him grandpa. Kenny was a faithful member of Lee’s Summit Baptist Temple for 20-plus years. Kenny was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie, and parents, Irvin and Margaret. Kenny has 2 siblings, Betty and Donald. Kenny worked at AT&T for 30 years, from Virginia to Arizona, and then when he came back to the Kansas City area, he worked for Jay Wolfe Dodge and received awards at both jobs for his outstanding work ethic. He loved playing pool for marbles with his “guys” and would occasionally lose his marbles, but would soon win them back. He loved telling stories of playing pool with Willie Masconi back in the day. His celebration of life will be at 1 pm on April 26th at Lee’s Summit Baptist Temple, 2614 NW Chipman Rd, Lee’s Summit, MO 64081.
