February 9 1963-September 7 2017

Kim, of Osawatomie, KS passed away surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband Christopher Stewart Jakubowski. Kim has two daughters Autum Goentzel and Austin Jakubowski and four grandchildren: William, Andrew, Samantha, and Haley. Per her wishes, she will be cremated. Forever in our hearts she will remain.
