Larry Benedict, a man who embraced life and cherished the company of his loved ones, passed away peacefully at home, March 16th, 2025. Born on September 30, 1945, to Louis Bradford and Evelyn (Stone) Benedict, Larry lived a life filled with simple joys and meaningful connections.
For over 30 years, Larry dedicated his professional life to ACT, where he cultivated many enduring friendships. He found great pleasure in the tranquility of fishing for Bluegill and the camaraderie of overnight trips on the Missouri River with his brothers. Even a simple outing to Steak and Shake brought him genuine excitement.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Bill and Donnie Benedict, and his sisters Leatha Stone and Betty Coffee.
He is survived by his brother, Jack Benedict of Columbia, Missouri, and his sister, Patsy Perkins of Bella Vista, Arkansas.
Larry’s warm spirit and appreciation for life’s simple pleasures will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
