Laura Anne Lee passed away on January 11, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri. Born on September 27, 1960, in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Laura lived a life marked by dedication, passion, and warmth.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 22, 2025, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, located at 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown Missouri, 64133.
Laura is survived by her sister Linda Gaydusek and her husband Jerome Gaydusek; brother Andrew Cravens; sister Lisa Hoepner and her husband Samuel Hoepner; and nephew Evan Hoepner. She was predeceased by her father Clarence Cravens and mother Geneva Cravens.
Laura pursued higher education at the University of Central Missouri, where she studied Business Administration. Her career led her to St. Lukes Health System, where she worked as a Senior Procurement Tech. Through her work, Laura contributed to the efficiency and success of the organization, leaving a lasting impact on her colleagues and the community she served.
Beyond her professional life, Laura found joy in salsa dancing. Whether on the dance floor or sharing her enthusiasm with others, this passion brought her happiness and connection.
For those who knew Laura, she was an outstanding person who could light up a room when she walked in. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever.
Sad to hear , when I was a sophomore and Laura was a senior we had biology together…she was my lab partner . Laura was a great influence in my early high school life …Laura was a good friend lost track of her a few years later, hard too believe that was over 40 years ago now …..rest in peace Laura you will be missed. 64 is way too young !
