LaVerne Ardese Watson-Love

LaVerne A. Love, 79 of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on November 26, 2020 at Research Medical Center from cardiac arrest. A Celebration Of Life will be held on Memorial Day, 2021 with the time and location to be announced later.

LaVerne was born on December 19, 1940 to Vernon L. and Shirley M. (Benton) Watson.

She is survived by her son, Gary Alexander Love of Honolulu, Hawaii; sister Shirley Montgomery-White; nephews, Tony Gates (Carol) and Terrance Gates (Daphne) of Kansas City, Missouri.

    This took me by total shock when I got the call today and it hurt. I really can’t believe I won’t be getting anymore calls from Lavern. Our friendship go back to the early 60s it started with my mom and dad, you and Howard being my parents friend. Rest in peace my dear friend now your totally healed, you can now see Jesus, your mom and your loved one’s face to face. REST WELL ?. My prayers go out to you Gary, there is nothing like a Mothers love.
