Larry was great & a breathe of fresh air in real estate. I first met him several years ago when I had clients buying a property/building to use as a Church in Indep, my clients could not afford near the asking price… Larry was the listing agent & came to the church meeting & spoke to the group w/tears saying “the community needs it and the kids need it”, if it wasn’t for him going to bat for us with the seller, that church wouldn’t be there today. RIP Larry. Amy Corn

Dear Nancy and family,
I cannot express how sad I am at Larry’s passing. He was such a good friend and always so helpful to me and so many other agents he came into contact with. I knew I could call him anytime for help with problems and he would know the answer or would know who I should call to get the answers. Zella Riley says
I was really sad to hear this news. Larry sold my listing a couple of years ago and was the only reason that the transaction closed. He was the only professional in the transaction (that included attorneys) who was able to untangle and solve the problems of a home tied up in probate. His deep, deep knowledge of all facets of a real estate transfer is practically non-existent in the real estate business today and will be sorely missed. His type of professionalism based on knowledge and service is almost gone. When I read about his accomplished background, I understood his talent a little more. In addition he was so NICE!!!! What a gentleman. My heartfelt condolences to his family.
Mary Ann Rivera says
